Locker Facility

The members of the company can avail the facility of Locker on “First Come First Serve’ basis. For the safety of the valuables and documents of the members, the company provides a safe and trustworthy space at reasonable annual rent (payable in advance).

The objects of the NPNL are as follows:
I. To cultivate and encourage thrift, saving and investment habits amongst its members and to develop self-help and co-operation among members for the purpose of investment.
II. To accept deposits of money from the members in the form of Savings Deposit, Recurring Deposit and Fixed deposit, as per rules.
III. To provide loans to the members and to invest and deal with the money of the company.
IV. To provide the Locker facility on rent to its members.
V. To manage, to sell and to realize any property, which may come into the possession of the company, in satisfaction of or part satisfaction of any of its dues and claims.
VI. To open branches to provide services to its members.
VII. To acquire, to construct, to maintain and to alter any building or works necessary or convenient for the purpose of the company.
VIII. To acquire, to manage and to undertake the whole or part of business of any other company.
IX. To prepare and to finance schemes for improvement of the financial condition of its members.
X. To provide financial and technical assistance to self employed members for setting up their own business.
XI. To open a bank account, deposit accounts or any other account/accounts with other bank/banks to facilitate the services to the members.
XII. To do all such other things as are incidental and conducive to the promotion of advancement of these objects and of the business of the company.
XIII. To undertake any other business which the central government / state government may specify as a form of business in which it is lawful for a company to engage.
